Killdeer was unable to find football officials for the varsity football game with Southern McLean @ Killdeer on Friday, September 30th for a 7:00 central time game. This game at Killdeer will now be played on September 30th in Killdeer at 5:00 central time.

The Southern McLean Roughriders Football program is selling discount cards as a fundraiser. The team is selling a discount card and an app with discounts. Discount cards sell for $25 with deals in the region. RahRah, the cellular app, has a few membership offers at various prices that allow you to find deals in the region, cities within the state, and even surrounding out of state towns. You are able to download and purchase RahRah at the link provided. Players have both access to the discount card and RahRah if interested. Funds raised go directly back to the football program. The Southern McLean Football meeting is tonight. Meeting is for students in grades 7-12 and parents that are interested in playing football this upcoming season. Meeting starts at 6:30 in the grandstands of the game field in Washburn.

Southern McLean Football
August 1: Mandatory 7-12 Player-Parent Meeting at 6:30 PM in the football grandstand at the Washburn High School Sport Complex, weather permitting.
August 4: First day of varsity football practice for grades 9-12 will be 8:00 am. Bus leaves Wilton at 7:20 am.
August 8: First day of practice for grades 7-8. Bus leaves Wilton at 3:15. All JH practices will be 3:45-5:30.
Wilton/Wing Volleyball
August 15: First day of varsity volleyball practice for grades 9-12 at 3:30 pm.
August 18: First day of junior high volleyball practice for 7-8 grade. 3:30 pm.
Southern McLean Cross Country
August 8: First day of Cross Country practice for grades 7-12 in Washburn at 8:00 am. Bus leaves Wilton at 7:30 am.
Wilton/Wing Elementary girls basketball
August 22: Practice starts at 4:00 in Wing. Bus leaves Wilton at 3:30. Practices will run until 5:30 with the bus returning to Wilton at 6:00.

Cross country (grades 7-12) is having “open runs” every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8. Tuesdays are in Washburn and Thursdays are in Wilton (unless otherwise specified). We hope to see our XC athletes come join the fun.
