The Wilton Public School District is going through a Strategic Planning process and are looking for parents who are interested in serving on the committee. We need 3-4 parents to join a team of administrators, board members, office staff, teachers, and a student body representative. The process will be moderated by Dr. Jeffry Schatz (former Fargo Public Schools Superintendent). The ideal individuals will have strategic planning experience, have business experience and/or a passion for helping the district with this process.
A Strategic Plan identifies the mission, vision, and values/beliefs of the District. The Plan will identify priorities that will guide the efforts of the District for the next 3 to 5 years. Each strategic priority will identify goals with measurable outcomes for accountability.
